I couldn’t resist a cheeky little purchase of one of the new effects nail varnishes created by Nails Inc. At £11 a bottle and in a variety of colours, Nails Inc. Feathers allows you to create a current professional manicured finish in the comfort of your own home and for a fraction of the price.
Use on its own or on top of a base colour, it is easy to apply and layer up to get full coverage with maximum effects. Once you have applied the varnish, get an orange stick and go around the edge of your nails. The varnish can have a messy and bitty finish as it is full off colourful particles. It might feel a little uneven once dry, this can be fixed with one or two coats of top coat. I recommend Seche Vite’s dry fast top coat which dries within 60 seconds!
