Hellooooo to the weekend! No rest up for me, the weekend is my favourite time to exercise! I can do it first thing in a morning, with no time limitation and with most people being busy at weekends… the gym is EMPTY, so I can go on whatever I like!
Saturday’s work out consisted of 50 mins of cardio and a cheeky weight training session on the Gluteus Maximus! After losing 8 1/2 stone I’m now all about toning and maintaining my new weight. The aim is to tone my legs and arms as much as possible before I have an adominoplasty on my stomach later on this year.
It’s sad to say (and I never thought I’d say this) but I absolutely LOVE exercise now! I feel better, look better, it helps me sleep, I love a challenge and exercise releases endorphins which make you happy!
Tomorrow morning is no different, a quick cardio and weight spell in the gym, followed by an attempt at Body Blitz with one of my beautiful besties! Should be all over by 10:30am, then I have the rest of the day to ache and do as I please ❤
